With every good business there needs to be a standard! At JHA it's always the top priority to get orders out and shipped as soon as possible. With that being said Jade Hills is mostly a one woman show! I hand make everything in the shop and I hand pack and ship everything from my home. 

Standard shipping is as stated at check out; 3-5 days. However processing time can also take anywhere from 3-5 days! Be aware that, at JHA, the weekends are not counted as a processing day. (This means Saturday and Sunday only)

If you place an order on a Saturday, your processing time will start the following Monday.  

When you place an order with standard shipping expect to see tracking for your package about 2 to 3 days after the order and then the standard shipping of 3-5 days will apply.
